By placing an order with Freelance Marketing Agency SMC PVT LTD, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Project Agreement

All projects will be initiated only after receiving the required advance payment according to the pricing policy outlined below.

2. Payment Terms

Orders Below $500

• 100% payment must be made in advance before work begins.
• No work will commence until full payment is received.

Orders of $500 or More

• 50% advance payment is required before project initiation.
• Remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery of the project.
• Final files, credentials, or ownership transfers will be provided after the outstanding balance is cleared.

3. Project Delivery

Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, revisions, and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as agreed in the project scope. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all required content, information, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

6. Project Cancellation

Cancellation by Client

If a client cancels a project after placing an order, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total project value will apply.

Examples:

• $200 project → $100 cancellation charge
• $1,000 project → $500 cancellation charge

This fee covers planning, resource allocation, research, consultation, and work already completed.

Cancellation by Agency

Freelance Marketing Agency SMC PVT LTD reserves the right to terminate a project in cases of abuse, non-cooperation, non-payment, or violation of agreed terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of completed work will be transferred to the client only after full payment has been received.

8. Confidentiality

All client information and project details will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Freelance Marketing Agency SMC PVT LTD shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By making a payment and confirming a project, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
