In this policy page “we, our, us, our self” will refer to “Freelance Agency” & “You, your, yourself” will refer to “customer or client”.

Terms of services to work with us are following:

Quote & Project Scope:

Before starting any work, you have to clearly define the project scope while getting quote. Mention all the details for your project while submitting your query or proposal. Your work will be completed according to your described project scope.

Project Pricing:

Project Pricing is divided into 2 categories.

1. For Direct Order (Source = Search Engine, Social media, Affiliate or Brand ambassador)

All the projects having worth equal or more than 500$, will have to pay 50% of services price & Inventory cost (like Paid fonts, Themes, Plugin and related ones). If your project worth is less than 500$ then, you have to pay full amount before starting the work.

2. For Freelancing Orders (Source = Upwork, fiverr, guru or any other freelancing platform)

All the customers have to submit full project price in escrow. If you want to work in smalls segments, you can start the contract and add the milestones in it.

Payment Methods:

You can submit payments via Payoneer (3 Major Banks – USD, EUR, CAD), Direct Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, Jazz cash & By-Hand (only for Faisalabad city).

Revisions & Modifications:

we will provide you unlimited revisions within the time mention in project scope.

Copyrights & Permissions:

All the Rights, after getting paid will be provided except the one. The only reserve right, “We can display your work done in our portfolio to showcase our potential to new customers”. But without getting paid, if you try to use our work for any personal or commercial purpose. Intellectual Property according to copyright act will be claimed & you have to pay the challan in your country. Then, you will be able to get written permission to use our work.

Frequently Asked Queries!

You can ask for modifications in the work as your want.

You have to pay 50% of project price (inventory or stock costs are not included in working ), if you want to cancel the order. The remaining 50% will be refunded via available refund medium.

You need to discuss first and then have to modify the order. While modifying the order you must show corporation according to the available working hours. For additional work, extra payments will be charged.

we always try to provide the work before deadline during working days. In emergency cases, we will inform you. If you consider, we will do the work as soon as possible. But if you don’t want to consider then, the whole payment will be refunded and order will be cancelled on mutual basis.
